Submission Deadline - Friday, February 24, 2012 at Midnight Pacific Time

The theme of the conference is Social Work in Health Care Reform:  Leading the Charge to the Summit.  We are encouraging abstracts that focus on the Society's areas of emphasis including:

• Innovation in health care delivery: models of
  care and social work practice
• Advocacy/Leadership by Social Workers to meet
  the challenge of health reform
• Measuring the impact of social work innovations
  in health care
• Collaboration with community partners in
  managing transitions and access to care
• Novel clinical interventions in traditional health-
  care settings
